Deji Adeleke, singer Davido’s father, has just arrived at his polling unit in Ede to cast his vote.
Prior to the arrival of Davido’s father, the omo baba olowo crooner has expressed optimism that the ongoing governorship election in Osun State would be free and fair.
Davido noted that some people were rejecting the money being offered to them by politicians to cast their vote.
However, reports have it that some residents in Osun state were captured selling their votes for N10k.
Meanwhile, operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) are currently at Osun State to curb vote buying in the Osun governorship election, according to Daily Post reports.
So far, few vote-buying agents have been arrested by the EFCC operatives.
