    JUST IN: Gov Sanwo-Olu recovers from COVID-19, addresses Lagosians

    Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has recovered from coronavirus and has now tested negative for the virus.

    Governor Sanwo-Olu has been in isolation since December 12th, 2020 after he tested positive for the virus.

    In a series of tweet by Governor Sanwo-Olu’s Chief press secretary, Gboyega Akosile on Thursday, 24th December, 2020 announced that the governor has tested negative to COVID-19.

    He also shared video of Governor Sanwo-Olu addressing Lagosians at the State  House in Marina.

    He also revealed that Governor Sanwo-Olu explained the symptoms he experienced and described them as moderate ones.

    Governor Sanwo-Olu while responding to questions from newsmen at the State House in Marina, Lagos State, stated that the 12am to 4am curfew remains in place.
