Rio Ferdinand, a former Manchester United player, has predicted that the Red Devils will finish in the top four of the Premier League standings this season.

He also thinks Manchester City will win the Premier League again this year.

Ferdinand believes Ralf Rangnick, Manchester United’s interim manager, will progressively improve the team.

“I’ve followed my heart.” Ferdinand revealed his top four choices to BT Sport.

Man United’s performance in the last four games has been questioned at times, but it’s a new manager attempting to install his methods and so on.

He believes their current run of games will put them in a strong position.

City, Liverpool, and Chelsea, according to Ferdinand, would be the top three.

Ferdinand believes Liverpool is his best bet to beat Man City.

However, Man City remains his favourite to claim the League title.

He noted that Manchester United will face Wolves on Monday night in a bid to improve on their last outing, a 3-1 victory over Burnley at Old Trafford on Thursday night that moved them up to sixth place in the league table.
