Singer 9ice celebrates his daughter as she clocks 8
Nigerian singer, Abolore Akande, better known as 9ice, is celebrating her daughter, as she clocks 8, today.
The Gongo Aso crooner took his Instagram page where he shared stunning photo of his daughter, Michelle Abolanle Akande.
To mark his daughter’s birthday, he wrote, “Omo Baba e is 8.”

The Daily Page News recalls that 9ice welcomed his 5th child with a third baby mama, Sunkanmi Ajala, in 2022.
Announcing his child’s arrival, he wrote, “My baby just delivered a baby. Just know that my love for you will last forever. Youth and beauty will fade, but my promise will stand because I cannot find any other who could fill in the spot you created in my heart, in my life. I love you faithfully and endlessly. @aceoforchid. Family over everything.”
9ice’s other children include 6-year old son, Zion, with his ex-wife, Toni Payne, and a set of twins from his Abuja-based baby mama, Victoria Godis.
David Adeleke, the Afrobeats performer known as Davido, said he is Igbo by blood. The singer shot back at someone who warned him about being friendly with Igbo people, saying he could worry about betrayal as a Yoruba man.
The X user, Yakbel, said: “Davido just dey carry Ibo full body, until when dem betray am before e rest. Yoruba boy dey frolick with Ibos in 2025, they want your head and everything you have to belong to them. You can never satisfy Ibos. Ibos are not people you surround yourself with as a Yoruba man.”
Davido overlooked the criticism and just replied:
“Lol. My ancestors are from the Igbo people.”
Nigerian online streamer, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller has revealed he convinced his girlfriend, Jarvis, to turn down a ₦3 billion offer from Netflix since it required her to kiss someone during the show.
Peller mentioned this during a livestream with Peter Okoye from P-Square.
Peller said, “Netflix offered 3 billion Naira my girlfriend, Jarvis to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down.”
Peter asked, “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”
Peller replied, “N3 billion! I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”
Peter added, “Always look out for her.”

Nigerian actor, Charles Okocha has paid a heartwarming visit to legendary actor Kanayo Kanayo ahead of his upcoming wedding.
Charles visited Kanayo to bring his wedding invitation to him in person. In the video shared by Kanayo, Okocha described him as a man who influenced his acting career greatly and, therefore called him his family and role model.
