According to the UK Mirror, the Community Shield match between Manchester City and Liverpool has been shifted to the King Power Stadium.
The reason for this is that the Women’s Euro 2022 final will be held the next day at Wembley Stadium, which is the regular location.
The Community Shield has been scheduled for July 30, a week before the start of the 2022/2023 Premier League season, and the Women Euros final has been scheduled for July 31.
The match is played a week sooner this year to meet the Qatar World Cup schedule in November and December.
Last year, Leicester won 1-0 against Manchester City.
On August 6, one week after the Community Shield, the Premier League season will begin.
